The In-Between Spaces

There are moments in life that don’t ask for attention. They aren’t loud or defining or easy to explain. They don’t come with clear beginnings or endings.

They exists somewhere in between.

Transition.

Between who we were and who we are becoming. Between certainty and uncertainty. Between movements and stillness.

For a long time, I overlooked these spaces.

I rushed through them, trying to get to the next version of things – the clearer version, the finished version, the one that made more sense.

But lately, I’ve started to notice them differently.

There is something honest about being in-between. Something unpolished, but real.

It’s where questions live without needing answers. Where emotions don’t have to be resolved. Where growth happens quietly, without needing to be seen.

These spaces aren’t always comfortable. But they are meaningful.

Quiet movement.

And maybe they aren’t meant to be rushed through. Maybe they are meant to be experienced, slowly and fully, as they are.

Let the meaningful in-between spaces, full of transition and quiet movement, be filled with new growth and discovery.
